Every time volume pops up they dilute and knock the price down. When I first got in there were 1.2 billion shares O/S and the price moved to the around .0015.
People bought in only to watch these jerks dilute it down to .0001 at one point.

People that bought were expecting another run. They killed it with dilution every time. I took a loss. There are better plays out there.
