Larry Robbins is moving his family and some of his 2.3B dollar hedge fund from NY to FL.
He jokes, "I'm the last hedge fund manager to move to Florida."
Not joking, he portrays NY as in serious trouble. " I know of no business being successful long term that drove it's best customers away."

Note: The top 1% have been footing 50% of NY's budget.
