I SAID THEY PRE-NEGOTIATED the WAIVER of 6-months RP -- NOW THERE'S A LAWSUIT PROVING I was right!

The founders knew what was going down over a year ago when it was already in their like 4th retry for a shareholder vote. The same wording was there about the potential for the principal to realign the percentages. They couldn't do a lawsuit until the principal made the attempt public.
