Sharp can bring any kind of random crypto company he wants in here.

Not according to the SEC. GVSI is delinquent with missing audited filings from 2008 - 2013 and it has a restriction on its corporate actions such as a merger because it's in violation of FINRA Rule 6490. Plus the preferred shares were never fixed in court.

He also could have audited the last two years of financials but he never did. He keeps filing unaudited financials because he can't get GVSI audited to be able to file GVSI's Form 10. That's why he keeps kicking the can down the road. Something he's been doing close to three years now.

Why do you think Sharp dumped all his 20 million common shares? Because of what I mentioned above.

GVSI is delinquent with the SEC, is not SEC registered and reporting, has a FINRA Notice of Deficiency that was never addressed, has a SEC/FINRA restriction on its corporate actions such as a reverse merger and is in violation of FINRA Rule 6490.
