I was not saying us here with Dksc. But Otc stocks get shorted thats a fact. Offshore and hedge funds naked short Otc's stocks all the time. Retail does not unless they are licensed to somehow. Its rare. Just look it up. The Sec is being sued because they are putting a stop to these practices going on since the 1980's. Retail has been getting the shaft.
