By now, I know that you have seen my FORM 4 and my FORM 144 filed with the SEC over the last few days. The FEDERAL JUDGE in my Bankruptcy Court will rule and see if these [red]BLANK [/color]on one side and the MEDALLION GUARANTEE, even on the one I gave to XU. My petition with the court has been filed, and I already have my CASE #. Again, Michigan is an awesome state that allows Self Representation on simple or even complicated issues. I still believe in my heart that the Transfer Agent made a mistake by having these documents, and AMY MERRILL after knowing her for 25+ years, will not even return my phone calls nor emails. I used to speak to Pam Gray, who was her supervisor during the early 2000s. She passed away and I miss her very much.

On to another issue, I am the CRAZYMAN! I filed for a Trademark for https://www.HarvardMarijuana.com . I just got off the phone with my TM examiner, and I have 3 months to respond to the office action which was just issued today April 10th, 2024. I believe that I will only keep the 1 class (CLASS 25 - T-shirts and Sweaters) and just keep this one class. Here is the office action that was issued:

I am a man of HONOR. I made a huge mistake, and hope that the new owners Racks Billiards make millions and millions of dollars in revenue. iHUB knows everyone's ISP, and I met the MATRIX dude who looked like he was way up there along the ranks of employees of iHUB. I don't know if the MATRIX MAN still works here, but I wish him all the best blessings in the world. There are many ADMINs at iHUB, and another one that I conversed with for years was ADMIN SHELLY. Remember, April 29th 2024 will be the date that the DEA has their final meeting to see if the re-classify Marijuana to a Schedule III drug, instead of a Schedule I. The Biden Adminstration via the Dept of Human Health & Services.

I still have my dream of moving to Los Angeles, and on the UCLA CAMPUS....I will sell many T-shirts and Sweaters that say https://www.UCLAMarijuana.com . I own all of them...and I have plenty of time, to build a multi-million dollar business on my own. If I get my trademark, which I strongly believe I will...then I will pay the $350 fee to the USPTO for each trademark. I bought these websites 5-7 years ago, and can be verified on the WHOIS website.

I love all kinds of music. It makes my anxiety go away, and my major panic attacks. So yes, I will contest with my Bankruptcy Judge, and argue with him that all these blank copies and then on the back side of the blank copy is a MEDALLION GUARANTEE from a local bank here. If the JUDGE rules in my favor, then I will file another FORM for all the shares, including the huge block of 160,050,000 and argue with him that there was never a certificate issued for this amount, and that I have the ORIGINAL COPY because I sent to the TA a copy of the original. I listed XU in my bankruptcy filing for $25,000 - and provided the court his address in Canada. Again, I don't want to be involved with ACCR. I just want a FEDERAL BANKRUPTCY JUDGE to determine if these documents are valid.

I don't know what's going to happen. With regard to the last lawsuit filed by XU against me, I was NOT represented by an attorney, and maybe that's why the local Court made a decision. I remember the JUDGE at that time in 2021 told me to get a lawyer, but I didn't have the money to properly be represented. The ONLY REASON why I sold my controlling stake was because on the telephone, HE PROMISED ME A DONE DEAL ON A $100,000,000 revenue Company from China. Of course, all that we received was an LOI for some unknown company. It was a CONDITION of my deal with him, and he broke his word to me, and we just got an LOI from an unknown Company. Had I known that this was going to happen, 😡 I NEVER WOULD HAVE SIGNED OVER CONTROL. 😡



So, today we have Racks Billiards, with $6,000,000 of debt on the books, and their income statement shows monthly losses. I do wish them well, and I wish the share price of ACCR to scream to a nickel $.05 again, just like when I was in charge back then. I'm today focused on my case for my Trademark, which I know will be mine. I just know it.

Remember, I filed the FORM 144 with the SEC for 16,128,500 shares, and will file another FORM 144 for the balance once the Bankruptcy Judge rules and orders the TA to hand over the total amount of shares in my name. 🤔 They won't sell it all in one piece, as I already spoke to my Trustee, and she knows how to liquidate shares in an orderly fashion like 50,000 to 250,000 shares a day, and sometimes in blocks of only 10,000. I deserve this, as I brought back ACCR to life in 2018, after speaking to and writing to the SEC. Otherwise, the stock symbol ACCR was in jeopardy of having it's charter REVOKED BY THE SEC.
