The MM's algorithm's are designed so that they can buy at the bid and sell at the ask, because they control both. So when you place a buy at the ask and it comes through as a sell close to the bid, they are the ones buying. It's blatantly wrong, and criminal imo, but that's the game we are in. They are working the PPS between low .01's and upper .02's right now in this Name to their profit. This is all imo being around the OTC for 20 plus years. It's not right or legal or ethical imo, but it's their game that they control. At some point V will kick in once material events happen, and imo they will happen, just not on the timetable most want. This is a slow process and it must be done right, not fast. I think Melvin is learning this as he grows the Business to do it the right way. GLTA!
