VP Alex Davidson declared restart Underground Starter Mine at Hycroft, which would contribute to more robust economics and lower initial capital costs generating better value for our shareholders.

He not only mentioned it but they are doing it. One of my intel feeds also exclaimed that $HYMC has already generated 47million in revenue just from the core drilling product. Currently, they are underground and getting significant results from the core drilling alone. They just haven't announced it yet. This is why, when announced and reported any short position will be wrecked.
