Full disclosure Sonic, I posted that I sold back in mid March.. I knew we were in for a long wait, so I took the money and put it in another stock and have made a profit on it and another one with the loss I took on JAGX... I am now just waiting for the 30 day Wash time line to pass so I can get back in... I do not think this will do anything of real substance for at least another couple of weeks if then... its going to bounce around and there will be flippers here making their profit... but there is no real reason for it to actually take off... there is no new information out from the company that has not been released in the past... we knew back in Feb there was going to be a vote on the RS and it came and went... we have been anticipating the Release of the Phase III since November when Lisa made her stupid announcement of it coming before Thanksgiving...then retracted that...then said First Quarter and has now retracted that... In the filing they put out, which if everyone recalls killed a rally that had the stock trading at 18 cents, that filing said they would do a RS at when they decided the time was right,, so we knew already after the vote that they would not do the RS it right away. The biggest piece of news is the extension until Aug, she convinced the Rules Committee at NASDAQ to extend them until then for a reason... so what ever her plan is its still a ways off... The fact is this is still going to be a double digit stock once the results are released, we just dont know when... so while its fun to watch the volume and the price go up... this is still not the time for the big move... Once this gets back down to where I think it will I will get back in... but still have to wait a week because of the Wash rule. Good Luck to you
