INNER-CRIME: SEC DEREGISTER AFTER PUMP VID CLAIMS !!!

INND is no longer an SEC registrant. They filed a form 15 March 2nd, 2021. The 10-q's that were filed after that form 15 were very late and were supposed to be filed before the form 15. And why are they filing all those 8-K's? They should be using OTCMarkets disclosure only. Former SEC registrants try giving the appearance of being legit by filling on EDGAR, when in fact it's very misleading and I would say fraudulent.
