TONS of attorney articles and similar on why SEC FILING IS OLD and DATED for emerging and smaller RAPID GROWTH COMPANIES !!

Sarbanes-Oxley created a regulatory NIGHTMARE and mega-bucks MORASS to navigate = NO SENSE until AT LEAST a $BILLION in sales and 100's of employees and then NASDAQ is where companies go !!

Until then- a company get thee MOST BANG FOR THEIR BUCK and SAME END RESULT via "ALTERNATIVE FILER STATUS" and making use of the OTC markets EXACTLY as they were designed = access to capital, FREE TRADING SHARES with full disclosure filings and rapid growth AT A FRACTION OF THE COST and REGULATORY NOOSE around a smaller company's neck !

THIS = the wave of the future.

I've posted NUMEROUS times on other stock- GET THE HELL OUT OF "SEC FILER" status and GO ALTERNATIVE and you get the SAME or BIGGER MARKET CAP and BETTER TRADING SHARES and OTC-QB and don't piss away MINIMUM $200K ANNUAL to the DINOSAUR and filthy feds called "THE SEC" !!

INND = FIRING ON ALL CYLINDERS HERE FOLKS = SMARTEST MOVE THEY COULD EVER MAKE !!

NO ONE gives a shit on the OTC about supposed "prestige" of "THE SEC" blah blah- just PINK CURRENT and especially OTC-QB = you can GROW and TRADE LIKE THE BIGGEST RUNNERS IN HISTORY !!!
