Ordinarily news like this would be received very well by the market. But as we can see there is no volume thus a non-event because the market doesn't believe them. We need to keep an eye on the O/S to see how much they are diluting the stock. We saw it jump up 2.7 billion shares recently. It is supposed to be updated anyday now, so we can see if they have diluted more.
There is 50 billion of authorized shares. Is all of this recent information coming out of the company just an attempt to sell the last approx 18.2 billion shares into the market? Let's keep watching the link below to see.
