I strongly believe that we're waiting for SpaceX to build out their new constellation of satellite to satellites. Initially, Digital locations mentioned that what they need are both redesigned satellites IN ADDITION to redesigned cell antennas to make this work. SpaceX just happens to be making the space part happen which should greatly increase the odds of coming up with a viable cell antenna to greatly boost functionality. Of course, impossible to predict a time frame here but with SpaceX wanting to get these new satellites online asap, hopefully we'll hear something solid from Digital Locations within just a few months.
