This from a VP shareholder, unfortunately seems to be the growing mood and without any intervention from VP will continue to grow:

$VPLM The selling never ends
Barbara, Chang and Williams sell 2.2M shares.

I know someone that talked to Emil recently and his comment was don’t sell I want to see everyone make money. If true, why isn’t he telling his wife, and board the same thing?

I know he could be telling the truth, but the insider selling never stops. If they don’t feel a need to hold why would shareholders should feel confident in a positive outcome.

I want to believe, and when the schedule was released part of me said great news, better times ahead. But then I see more form 4s and it is a huge RED FLAG.

If Barbara and insiders continue to sell 2M+ shares a week the share price will continue lower. A trade imbalance will always be in place. More sellers than buyers results in a lower share price.

If he called me I would scream in the phone ”STOP SELLING YOUR SHARES ASSHOLE”.

We will have our answer within 5-6 months. My guess is the trial date slides again. Hope I’m wrong this stock is frustrating.
