I rather suspect Leo has already folded his IPIX tent in the dead of night and crept quietly away.

He probably wants to spend some quality time poolside fondling the money he effectively stole from his shareholders.

By being incommunicado with both his shareholders and the regulators he thinks no one will bother following up, and there'll be no fuss or other unpleasant palaver, once IPIX is on the expert market and then later delisted altogether.

The sad thing is that he's probably right.
