I never said I was only interested in coins......but

if I were it would be Early American coins because they are far more valuable in the right condition than Spanish coins, generally.

I don't believe there is anything of significant value there, and I just posted pictures of the hull. It's obvious OCS had more powerful blowers than SFRX did. That thing was cleaned off about as good as it can be. There's nothing there, so I set my threshold accordingly.

What I was saying was someone like the captain may have had a box or sack of coins for the voyage. Maybe they had a couple of passengers carrying their wealth with them. A cargo ship may have had that, but it's definitely not a treasure ship.

They found silverware, but you think they missed massive amounts of treasure?

I said if they could prove the tech worked and could justify waiting on the permit, I was cool with that.

It doesn't need to be $5MM. A large cluster of silver coins may not even be worth $50K, but it could prove the tech works, right?
