“During thr fourth quarter of 2023, by vote of a
majority of the board of directors and a majority of
the shareholders, the company increased the authorized common shares by 1.25 B, from 3.75
to 5B, of which, 1.17 B were purchased by Mr
Darryl Adam Scott. He also acquired an additional 925 million from other shareholders
giving him 49% control of the outstanding shares
of the company”
