There were 3 changes to the SS after 12/31/23, which would not have shown up in the annual report.

A grand total of 400 million shares AFTER the annual report time period. Coincidentally, almost the exact amount to cover the remaining $85k in debt at .0002.

Again, just my gut feeling as usual. But, it seems to me like the notes may already be 100% cleared. I suppose we will find out in the Q1 report in May.
