MMs are keeping the PPS above.001. Probably working with the company and MacRab. This is a good sign as an indication the CEO wants to stay in the QB. This eliminates one scenario where MacRab short sells KITL into oblivion then the CEO does a RS.
The last 17 million shares of the S1 were purchased at around .001 or lower. Anything sold above that is profit. MacRib made a good profit on the initial short position.
I assume he now has a 17 million share long position and is waiting for the next Fraudio Scam’wich.

Who knows… Fraudio may actually land a deal that delivers a financial life changing miracle.

When it comes to the OTC and money, a tick can swallow a cow.
