Yes, because like most folks on this board, I'm just discussing possibilities and predictions - like whether there may be another lawsuit, based on outcome of past lawsuits, the wording of Agreements, statements by SCOTUS or former FHFA directors, or future changes to the Executive branch. There is no need for a fact check of every detail, or hyperlink, or for me to go to the court house to file some paperwork in order to express an opinion.

Exactly! You may finally be seeing my point. Your rants are no more accurate than anyone else's. You are also predicting, just based on slightly alternate info - book quotes, past events for other companies, statements by SCOTUS, hearsay about what Treasury "thinks" or "fears", etc. So for you to call out others for their predictions, you should also come to realize you are doing the exact same thing.
