the 8 issue about their stock vote being properly recorded is now a done deal. their business slate would seem to be cleared. if something to do with vcsy, maybe wade is then the last thing. then maybe a jv between v and 8? i don't know if we'd see any single tech buy them, or else face monopoly accusations. so , keep them sep'ed from the bigs? just ensure the money. properly flows.
are we thinking 2 weeks or less?
