Yes, O/S is close to 700m but no intention to ever increase A/S from 900m. The only change will be an increase in A/S for the Preferred D shares but not at this very moment.
Name Change is coming soon! In fact, he just had to re-submit some documents today with his attorney for that purpose.
10K annual filing will be out this week and the Q1 (10Q) will come right after.
Multiple Contracts are in works and there is one BIG ONE that has already been finalized/signed and should be disclosed with the public very very soon!
Up listing to higher tier will be happening in the near future as soon as they are all caught up with their financials SEC filings.
Shareholder Letter is in works towards completion but since new thing keeps coming which makes it harder for him to finalize it as he needs to add more stuff to it.
Audit financials is in the back burner for now since it will require S1 filing but the intent is to get that process started after the completion of Q2 or later in the year.
Company website and OTCM will get updated soon to reflect the SS, new acquired companies and their employees. Most of acquired companies CEOs are acting as advisors now.
Product Manufacturing for Marj, Sycamore and Royal Biotek have all been combined to run from their new Melbourne Lab facility, whereas, All in the Extracts and AlCannibist are independently running from different location as what I have understood.
Marketing team prefers to keep Tuesday and Thursday as press release days but it would really depend on when the deal takes place.

The best part is the Company's revenue is increasing leaps and bounds and it will show in Q1 and more in Q2.
