There's a notorious toxic debt gutter note holder named GS Capital LLC NY aka the notorious and infamously dirty gutter lender "Gabe Sayegh" who's buried more STINKY PINKY scam OTC tickers than the grim reaper himself......

He's a party to the Kurlioff court action - what's known as a "Intervenor" aka someone who's technically a "non party" to those named in the formal complaint and lawsuit BUT who has "skin in the game" and thus wants "in on the action" of the court hearings etc to protect their interest(s) etc.

THAT is likely propping up (100% artificially !!) this scam and POS - AND also they did their scammary REG-A offering and got some baggie holders "on the hook" there also.

Moreover - they have some BIG DUMPERS who need to unload aka Kurlioff who just got 1 BILLION plus shares - and those folks can PAY A INSTITUTIONAL FIRM to "move and dump their shares" as you sure as shit do not dump a BILLION shares via an E-Trade or similar account LOL !!!

They hire big firms - like a Fidelity trading desk or whatever and say, "I need to move and dump these 1 billion shares" and even if it costs um say $10K or even $20K in trading costs BUT gets them $100K or even $200K back in their pocket on these worthless shares...then it was coin well spent.....

Those big firms can use wash-trading and "other" methods to control these fake supports - they will hold the stock up and on a daily basis sell "trickles" and do it for months to unload the dog crap for someone like Kurlioff.

GABE SAYEGH will likely end up owning this POS in the end - IF it doesn't get BK filed. I haven't read the GS Capital filings - it would not shock me IF it has a BK/Insolvency clause in it.

I believe in the past - I've seen Gabe take-over and "own" these scam ticker/shells when he's done toxic debt burying them in the OTC grave yard. He probalby them sells them off to some scum bucket shell broker for his last $50K or $100K or whatever and buries the hatchet on um......

This is now a game of BEAT THE BK CLOCK as that is about all that's left - this POS is a train wreck with a bad plane crash wrapped around it and NOTHING of any "value" and I mean NOTHING left....not a damn thing....nothing.......
