After it was brought up (by one of "you guys") that spooz's Nevada incorporation means everything is above board, it's "copy and paste" and "nothing to do with spzi" when I merely point out the truth that Nevada has become the incorporation land of oz for scoundrels and crooks, for ceo's that overstate income and understate expenses, and for the several other major no-no's reported in that article?
