Yes - no worries:

Can you post the verdict once it’s out?

This is a civil matter - there won't be a "verdict" exactly as this is not "at trial" and not a chance in hell it "goes to trial".

There will be "motions filed" and a seated judge will "rule on those motions" and "the court" will enter an action such as "default judgment" as in a "civil judgement finding for plaintiff(s)" and not a "verdict" per se.

When the Plaintiffs' get a "Default judgement" entered against defendant Innerscope that gives the plaintiff "court backed power" to go out and collect on that judgement.

Trying to collect a debt is done all the time- BUT when one has a "court order" in hand, they are in a much, much stronger position to collect.

They can literally drive the other entity to filing BK and/or attach all their assets, bank accounts, etc.

The holder of the "Judgement lien(s)" can subpoena bank accounts (with the backing of the court aka not merely a "attorney issued subpoena" which are weaker but a court backed subpoena which are serious and carry a lot of weight), subpoena bank records, subpoena tax records....hunt for ...and locate all assets etc - they will be ruthless in their action to COLLECT WHAT YOU OWE US and rightfully so........

The Moores and Innerscope are going to go busted broke BK just on attorney's fees and default "attorneys fees owed to plaintiffs" they've FUBARED this mess so so so bad. They will owe ALL attorneys fees "for the other side" in each action where they fail(ed) to appear and/or LOSE BY JUDGEMENT OF THE COURT....it's 100% customary for the plaintiff to be granted as part of what's owed, their attorney costs and fees which can add huge additional costs to these lawsuits which ALL will be lost by Innerscope and the Moores - not even up for debate !!
