The way things are going....We'll get relesed (by Trump) before these damages get to our pockets. There is a game by governement to push every court decision dadline, to do every last minute appeal, all to push things further and further out to make sure any other legal matters can not be put to a challenge due to the expiration of viability to bring to a court. This is all by design. Anyone who lived through the years and years of Judge Sweeny playing patty-cakes with the government lawyers should realize this. Sweeny talked a good game to appease the plaintiff lawyers, but when it mattered, she caved and allowed more and more appeals and she became nothing but a can kicking judge FOR government procrastination.

It's maddening that these judges can't be sued for non-expediant due process of these cases.
