Let’s do some Monday morning math… so where does the stock go ? Let’s use a fundamental P/E ratio just on the resort property rentals on 300 units which includes a rack room rate = 600 weeks… In Vail during peak ski seasons? I figure they bang down at least $2k a week net. $2000 x 600 weeks = $1,200,000 …. Divide that by 35 million shares and voila … EPS is .035 per share …. P/E of that alone is 15 if the stock goes to $.50 … that’s not even including the real estate value of the deeds that are bought at a huge discount. Come on… this isn’t some anticipated FDA game. It’s a proven business model. Ooops I forgot to add Oxygen Mtg into the mix. This could be a Marianas Turkey shoot with the right long term players. Whomever approaches these guys with a funding not only into Vail but the RE business as a whole , could make a killing in my opinion.
