Did a little fact checking on ValSoft
The PR is correct Valsoft bought TDO Software outright, they own TDO Software (kept the name) but here is where it gets a tad ambiguous. SONX didn't take receipt of the last million bucks from Valsoft. Won't either for another year but that's where the rubber meets the road, under what circumstances.
Several ideas but pure speculation on my part. Bjarne might still be the CEO figurehead for TDO for another year. TDO might still be paying out to SONX employees incentive shares under contract till a year from now. (Not so unusual as you might think).
Valsoft wants to develop TDO to a point where they have a buyer for it. I think they'd be willing to flip TDO for a 100% profit. But to whom? Well a very subjective question frankly but two prime candidates in no special order. Canada's Ministry of Health would be very wise to latch onto it. On the other hand, the 4 Amigos from Valentine's Day. They know a lot more than we do. Chances are some huge American affiliate might buy TDO Software as well.
I was really getting amped about the partnership SONX and ValSoft have. Remains to be seen but if SONX TDO employees are still contractually involved Valsoft won't be in a hurry to cut them lose. That could be a real headache for both partners. Thing is TDO and SONX were meant for each other. Heck Valsoft might end up selling multiple versions of TDO to 4 or 5 different SONX buyers. We just don't know what the limitations or parameters of this Partnership are yet. So for now, we're only grasping at straws. Patience guys, something's brewing...
