INNERCON: MOORE CLAN AVOIDED SERVICE HESSENN SUIT !!

With the Hessenn lawsuit, the most bizarre thing is the "served" doc. Person served: Matthew Moore. Left with: Mark "Doe" chairman. Address: 2151 Professional Drive ect...

Would this seem as though Mark (daddy) wasn't willing to provide his last name to the CA Process Server? Mark "Doe"?

On a positive note, at least one of these Moores was located to be served in person at 1:02 PDT March 25th 2024 by Maurice Robinson. Filed April 5th 2024.

Treasured - that's pretty much EXACTLY what happened.

The MOORE MORE CLAN - as I said they would over a week ago had until Fri April 5 aka "31 days per federal court rules of procedure" blah blah to formally answer the summons aka the formal complaint.

When a summons is issued - it's FIRST sent by mail to all known addresses and this POS being a sorry excuse of a "public company" and a CA domiciled and NV filed corp - has ALL ADDRESSED LISTED in plain view. Thus they are "without excuse" in the eyes of the court.

The Plaintiff attorney thus immediately using typically a overnight courier like FedEx or similar with proof of delivery mailed that summons 31 days ago from the 5th as shown on PACER.

They wait a bit - and they got silence aka AVOIDING SERVICE OF PROCESS.

The plaintiff attorney is a major law firm and no rookies - so they had "at the ready" likely within the last 10 days prior to the summons window running out, a process server hired to "physically serve process" which they did.

In the affidavit required of every process server - they state the "MAILED FIRST ATTEMPTS WERE MADE and WHO THE SUMMONS WAS SENT TO AND AT WHAT ADDRESS" so the court knows those steps were complied with.

Then - and this is not a tough one with the MOORE MORE CLAN as the Hessenn attorney was "tipped by a birdy" as to WHAT/WHO the MOORE CLAN 3 key members "look like" (Gee - thanks Facebook idiot old photos LOL !!) - and thus the process server KNEW WHO HE WAS LOOKING FOR .....wink...wink.....



He went to the 2151 Professional Dr blah blah address and SHAZAM - looky who he bumped in to...by golly it was DADDY MARK LEE MOORE aka THE DON.....

Description on PROCESS SERVER AFFIDAVIT matches EXACTLY the height, weight etc of one MARK LEE MOORE :)) Good enough for a police line-up ID !!

PROCESS SERVER WALKS UP and says "HEY YOU ARE MARK MOORE, CHAIRMAN OF INNERSCOPE CORRECT and I have your photo right here and a set of papers to hand you - it's you correct" and BEING A MOORE CLAN COWARD and POS ole MARK LEE MOORE MORE apparently said, "MY NAME IS MARK BUT BUT BUTT I'm not telling you more MOORE than that" blah blah.....

Process server says, "Great - I'm going to leave these papers right here with you and you have a great day and oh - YOU HAVE BEEN SERVED MARK MOORE and CONGRATULATIONS"......:)))

Thus - the plaintiff attorney will now move quickly as he DOES NOT have to wait clear out until the auto-scheduled formal "Scheduling conference" which is SOP in a federal court docketing and clerk housekeeping process.....

The lawsuit is now ROLLING and it's full steam ahead - thus I'd expect VERY QUICKLY for the plaintiff attorney to file a motion and get it "on the court docket and calendar" and that motion IMO will either be "FOR MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT" aka just go big and go all the way....OOORRRR they may file something like a "SPECIAL SET HEARING ZOOM CALL WITH THE JUDGE" and at that "call up" - they'd explain to the judge "Summons ignored but we served process - and here's all our documents. Judge, I'd like to move ASAP to motion for default summary judgment" blah blah and let the judge give them the "A-OK, draft it for me and submit it and I'll rule on it per my schedule" blah blah.

It's going to "go down" something along those lines - IF the judge/court is not willing to accept "Chairman Mark Doe" as being "served" - they might request plaintiff council to add the extra step and "SERVE THEM BY PUBLICATION" which will add about 1 month dragging this POS scam out.....

BUT WHATEVER THE CASE - the MOORE MORE CLAN are headed to BK and will not answer this lawsuit as they're too broke to hire even a Crackerjack box lawyer - it's OVER kids.

Hessenn is a big overseas company - and this law firm they hired has literally 100's of lawyers on staff and will bury the MOORE CLAN like a shovel ready project !!

I knew 100% they'd ignore the summons and blow that date of April 5th - which DOES NOT BODE WELL that they will file on their OTC MARKET extension as EVERY LIVE LAWSUIT would have to be updated/explained in great, great detail in that filing OR "THE SEC" and "THE OTC MARKET" is going to get a mass data dump sent to them by not only ME but I'd "guess" ole TdBowie will hammer a "package" over their way too :)))

And remember - this Hessenn Group suit is BIG like $2 MILLION or more big and and and it's CALIFORNIA FEDERAL COURT and not across the country or anything - the MOORE'S ARE "IN REACH" as it's in their damn face and backyard....literally.....!!!

TOMORROW IS PLACER COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT and USA-TODAY/GANNETT PUBLISHING and I'll put VEGAS BANK the MOORE MORE CLAN misses that one and THAT means INSTA MOVE FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT - and that one has ROCK SOLID "PROOF OF SERVICE" so no jacking around and no delays....that judge is going to rule BY ZOOM tomorrow to plaintiff council "DRAFT THE MOTION AND PRESENT IF AND WE'LL GET IT RULED ON" - that entire hearing will last 10 minutes tops....wham....bamm.....thank you maam done deal.....:))
