Once registration was revoked, the stock's ticker was deleted. Shareholders will still be shareholders but in a private company that's being liquidated The Stock will be extremely illiquid, and in this case worthless but if someone wants to buy said shares they can privately.
Immune pharmaceuticals shares are worthless and will always be worthless.
