ThreeD Capital Inc. Amends Investor Relations Agreement

TORONTO, Feb. 28, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ThreeD Capital Inc. (“ThreeD” or the “Company”) (CSE:IDK / OTCQX:IDKFF) a Canadian-based venture capital firm focused on opportunistic investments in companies in the junior resources and disruptive technologies sectors, announces that it has amended the terms of its service agreement (the “Agreement”) with PHK Investments LLC (“PHK”) originally announced in the press release dated January 5, 2024.

Pursuant to the amended Agreement, ThreeD has the option to pay up to £5,000 in monthly ad spend, which includes the use of third-party social media influencers. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
