It shocked me to see they filed the late filing

I think if they start filing this may start running in hopes of a dead cat 🐈‍⬛ bounce in hopes of something new coming of the company.

I think she should really find a private company that wants to go public and let them merge into ECOX to get a real company to takeover.
It would be best for shareholders that have been holding on here.
