Ya know, I tried looking at the source code for that website and the menu will not pop up...

Yeah - the Shopify sites are a bit tricky and I'm still not where I can upload a screen capture. Also, the POS site the INNER-CON crew built is an odd-ball (appears to me) sort of "hybrid" of Shopify and maybe a front-end blog (wordpress maybe ?) .

But I did get a capture of some key pages and it's 100% the "Booster Theme" template made for Shopify sites:

Try drilling down on the "shop" tab (from the top level 1st page of the URL of the site) and open a specific item - pick a particular hearing aid and then do a right-click "inspect" or use Chrome and "developer tools" or similar and you should be able to open it up and inspect.

THEN open a specific hearing aid and it should be able to "inspect elements" or I think "Control U" or whatever it is. The code is huge and slow to load - like 3,500 plus lines for ONE HEARING AID "store page" and each hearing aid gets its own. Shopify is poorly coded like that - it's a "made to fit all" tool for people who don't code, don't want to know how to code and want to put up "Quicky stores" and thus the code is messy and highly inefficient etc :

It appears to me that each Shopify "store front" (meaning big chunk of duplicate code - just changing the product name and JPEG images and a few tweaks) is duplicated for each individual product....over and over and over. Very lousy way to code. So one hearing aid has it's own "store page" and the next will have another with the title of that product in the code header etc. I've not messed with Shopify code that much - but that's a first pass look and I did "open up" several pages for each individual hearing aid for sale.
