Thanks Chico for the very relevant and detailed questions/responses from JIM S.! I too find it UTTERLY AMAZING that they are still trying to scrape up financing for the FS and still have months of work to do in order to ready the FS for publishing, NOT TO MENTION (oh yeah, we forgot to tell you shareholders...) that we don't have the funding to publish the FS yet, and are trying to scrounge up the money JUST NOW- sory about that oversight...... WTF!!!!
AND the other point from JIM S. responses (to yours and mine) that blows my mind and wreaks of deception... is where he says (in my re paste below - that EXIM, even after a year in 'DAILY TALKS', has not made a determination if/whether the FS is needed to factor into the loan application!!!! HUH!! WHAT!!!???? That doesn't make sense at ALL and i believe we are being bamboozled and deceived on that one!! There is NO WAY that EXIM would not know absolutely DEFINIITIVELY... A YEAR LATER, whether they need the FS to complete the review process.... and if they do, and we don't have the money for the FS (and we STILL , incredibly, have months of work remaining to complete the FS, including (as Jim S . responded to me)- "we are now working to incorporate rare earths into our mineral reserve, complete the engineering required to support the new process design, update project capital and operating cost estimates, and produce other information required for an updated Feasibility Study. We expect this to be issued as early as possible in 2024, contingent upon raising the necessary funds to complete this work"....
Who's on first? is this convoluted enough for ya'll? these type of mgmt. responses are designed to incorporate enough legal weasel wording to appease the investor, but not provide the entire picture.... i believe that over the last few yrs. we are being fed table scraps and they are decieving shareholders (but walking a tightrope and not going over the legal edge)... which is all very cagey and borders on deception....
We still are very unclear on dependencies and timing of tasks..... and I'm quite sure we are all SUPRISED about the contingencies on the FS publishing 2 YEARS AFTER THE DEMO TESTING START!!! ARE YOU FUKKKING KIDDING ME!!!! STOP BLOWING SMOKE UP OUR A$$ES AND BE HONEST NB MGMT! WE UNDERSTAND YOU DROPPED A YUGE BALL WITH THE GX SPAC IMPLOSION, BUT PLEASE DON'T TRY TO MINIMIZE THAT EVENT BY TRYING TO LEAD US TO BELIEVE THAT IT WAS ALWAYS IN THE PLAN TO BE 2 YRS. OUT ON THE DEMO TESTING AND MONTHS TO GO ON FS TASKS...... AND THAT IT'S IN THE PLAN TO STILL NOT HAVE FINANCING FOR THE FS!!!! LOOKS LIKE (NOTWITHSTANDING ALL OF THE GOBBLEY GOOP DOUBLE SPEAK ) THAT WE ARE PUTTING ALL OF OUR EGGS IN THE EXIM BASKET (is there a pattern emerging here??? haven't we seen this pattern before?? (think 'imminent financing', 'competitive tension', 'it was too eary for this last investor who was accumulating assets and talks went on for years' and blah blah blah blah........
Does anyone else feel like we are in a spin, rinse, repeat cycle and there is a lot of high paid communication to shareholders to convince us that it's gonna happen next quarter, no actually within the next 2 quarters, no excuse us, it will be early next year, well, sorry again, it will be mid to late next year..... oh and PS..... we still don't have funds to perform the remaining tasks for the FS to be completed and published!! Does everyone understand all of that now!!??? clear as mud, right?? i'm sure it instills the HIGHEST LEVEL of CONFIDENCE in your NB Management Team..... UHM... NOPE!! it's quite deceptive and pathetic actually......
But HOPE springs ETERNAL, and it looks like we are praying at the EXIM / Gub'ment Alter, in the absence of anything else working out...... This better come in with our 'cornerstone' EXIM or it looks like we are back to square ONE and playing 'the porky the pig shuffle' to try and get our Lamborghini out of the garage and on the road........ Something doesn't seem right here..... but hey, let's give it another quarter or 2 or 3 or another year......Don't get me started..... oh wait.... it's too late!!! :( arghhhhh
Sorry for the rant, but GD it, investors have life savings tied up in this project, and they hang on manglement's words, as the only source of status....... We deserve the unvarnished/unadulterated TRUTH..... we could have been in many other investiment choices this entire time, i look at the 'S&P Magic 7 stocks and see their performance over the last couple years.... then i look at my NB investment...... and i want to cry and kick myself in the nutz..... BUT AGAIN...... HOPE SPRINGS ETERNAL!!! UGH
