you promote yet you don't know. lol. I remember Marshall discussing moving 2B shares into a preferred status removed from common. Time has gone by and currently I cannot locate in filings and think it may have been a tweet.. But clearly you don't know either and you are going by memory yourself, or you're an untrustworthy promoter of this stock throwing out promo tidbits without supporting the info you spout, las someone unreliable.. Marshall doesn't need you around, he's a stand-up guy.

As for me I'm very well loaded with MDCE from prior to Marshall purchasing the company. I saw opportunity, and I was right.
