I think you need to tell VeronicaFox that KEGS is not a SEC Registrant, she was the one claiming late last month that KEGS needs to file a NT 10-K... I already know that KEGS does not file with the SEC. KEGS is Current under OTC Pink Guidelines! If KEGS was a "dark non-filer" it wouldn't be quoted, youre silly for saying that!
