That was CYA……ie we told you nothing was there.

And any enthusiast would know several salvors have completed their work at Juno. There’s nothing there. They might find some pocket change, but that’s about it. There is no historical documents showing a treasure galleon wrecked at Juno. The company puts a date of 1554 based on Roger Smith’s work, but he dismissed it being a treasure galleon.

A treasure galleon would have been part of a fleet. In 1554 there were three ships that sank off Padre Island, but those have been located.

Also, Raider has already explained, there’s no cannons, but you go ahead and wait for them to complete the project, just like you’re waiting on the brewery acquisition to close that was announced in June 2022.
