I’m surprised appeals haven’t been filed yet. They’ve got till mid May if I’m not mistaken? I’m fairly certain the appeals will be made and the delay will continue so I think I’ll swap back to fnma and see if it’ll spike 20-25 cents higher than Freddie again. I’ll wait and see what Monday looks like though. I’m guessing I should be able to hop back to Freddie before damages come out.
