No outsider can Capitalize and save LBHI at this point. The change of ownership will invalidate the NOL. Only the creditors can capitalize it from an old cold debt money.
The fact that highest motivation to save LBHI is from the creditors themselves in order to recover more asset from still the unpaid claim of about 130B.
