<< When was the last time you looked at both the pros and cons of investing in KBLB? >>

I look at both sides all the time. KBLB is a POS penny stock run by a Douchebag CEO that lies all of the time. He has continuously stuffed his pockets full of money while sucking the company dry. He is a kniving POS. There have only been 2 Shareholders Meetings in the decade and a half that this company has been public. In the 1st meeting, he gave himself 2 Series A shares (worth 400 MILLION votes). In the 2nd meeting, he tried to reverse split all shares EXCEPT his own 2 Series A shares (which would have given him 95%+ control of the company). He gives himself a 6% pay raise EVERY YEAR (even though the company hasn't done anything of consequence for 15+ years). He gives himself a 20% bonus EVERY YEAR. He has given himself 100s of MILLIONs of shares over the past decade and a half. He bought land in Texas and had the company pay for it. He has given himself a golden parachute if he fires himself. He doesn't hold annual Shareholders Meetings (even though he is legally required to). He just gave himself another Series A share (worth 200 MILLION votes). And the list goes on and on and on....

<< Someone asked you some simple questions the other day about the purpose behind your relentless attacks. As usual, you chose to skip over it >>

Because this board isn't about me. This board is for discussing the company KBLB, SEC filings, PRs, share price, competition, industry, its employees, etc. It isn't about its board members.

I understand that the main strategy of the rah rah pumpers is to attack anyone and everyone that question or oppose KBLB. There is a name for that - character assassination. It is an attempt to try to scare them away from the board or to distract from the actual merits of the evidence that is presented and shift the focus to the author. It might work for some, but won't work against me.
