employment Seasonal numbers are

to be taken lightly...

Fannie Mae has been bundling their

delinquent loans sold off...

Which doesn't spread out those deals

as 35% or so of face value to individual

investors who Might offer lower rents...

Stock market can only be run up easy

like now when the retail investors are

waiting for sale prices again...

Watch for brokers sending out offers

to try and draw in money for the big

institutional owners to sell to...
