According to you regarding the SEC Enforcement Press Releases, the SEC is wrong about failures to deliver being hidden for months at a time? Even though multiple bad actors were fined for certain actions.

The numbers can be hidden, especially when there are multiple brokers/dealers working in tandem to destroy/profit off a certain stock. KEGS is the perfect example, which hasn't been made public yet (this is another hint).

In the meantime; I will let time tell the truth for the shareholders of KEGS!
