IPIX was done the minute Ehrlich jumped the shark and gave $4 million of its shareholders’ money to an offshore private company in an unrelated field, knowing that there was a high chance it would result quite quickly in insolvency, technical bankruptcy and real bankruptcy.

All that’s left is to follow the money (I bet a large wodge of it is already poolside in Florida).
