What the heck is going on with Amazon.

Last meaningful filing was on Jan 3rd, which was a response by amzn to VPLM's opposed motion for judgement on the pleadings. 20 days after the Jan 3rd filing, Albrights office filed a reminder on the docket that "the parties shall comply with Judge Albright's updated Standing Order Governing Proceedings" with no rulings on any motions. I think we all know/knew that amzn's motion was a non-starter considering the history of the case and amzn's constant unsuccessful attempts to derail, delay, move and stall.

Then on Feb 5th, amzn completely switched out the legal representation from 1 lawyer (Shvodian) to a 5 member legal team and its been crickets since then. So, we're looking at 2 months with the new amzn legal team without any new filings, motions or anything. Could the new legal team be stumped; are they out of options and forced to negotiate? IDK.

Only significant occurrence since the Feb 5th date was on Mar 18th (probably brought on earlier than that) VP added a new negotiation team of 3. Based on what's been stated in the past, this RBR patent footprint in amzn's world is supposedly huge, much much larger than the previous MG patent case settlement, which may why the need for the bigger negotiation team? In general I'm under the impression that the RBR infringement damages (for amzn) are greater than the MG damages on a whole (for V & tMob), but there again, I'm not sure.

And, based on what Emil stated in the last PR "We look forward to working closely with them as we march down what we hope is the final stretch towards monetization of our technology", these 3 are working on some sort of monetization task, but with who; is it amzn?
