I’m not usually negative on a stock unless it’s warranted. I was thinking the Arbor Lake connection could possibly salvage this based on their connection and proxy status in the Honeycomb Battery /Nubia deal. However, I found where they proxied the RONN / Jiangsu Hanwei Automotive, Co., LTD deal, that was bullshit too. I think the 32M shares was payment for that work and nothing more. Probably so they get a chance to recoup when they can pump and liquidate that holding.

Nothing here is truthful. IMO
