8k as suggested, for minimum I suggested but longer term. I thought anything beyond 2024 would be a larger amount for sure, but $27M isn't trivial when the annual income only averages $130M 2 consecutive years. I thought base line was $10M to end of year. I'm confident this new JDA will develop into more well before end of 25 but possibly by end of year. I believe this is a negotiation tactic by both parties. Look at 2019 $10M agreement which was changed several months later from $10M non-exclusive to $60M exclusive.
