"On February 2, 2024, the Company closed on a public offering of 16,000,000 units....Each unit was sold at a public offering price of $0.25."

"SINTX Technologies, Inc..... today announced the pricing of its previously announced public offering of 71,600,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $0.021 per share.....The offering is expected to close on April 5, 2024"

In only the world of Sonny/ Boston is this considered a success (an offering worth less than 1/10 of their offering just two months prior). Again, congratulations guy(s)! We know Sonny gave himself the usual increase in both salary and bonus. What we don't know is how Boston was compensated, since he himself is apparently UNAWARE of any payback.

"...I receive no compensation from anyone, in any form, to my knowledge, for posting”...
Hmm, what an odd way of expressing things. How can I NOT know I didn't receive anything, unless there was a distinct possibility/ probability I did? I mean, I can certainly say I HAVE NOT received any compensation in any form from the company/ others for posting, but apparently he's just not sure. Odd, don't you all think?

Perhaps, I (and others) have been fooled all along by his seemingly innocuous and at times even altruistic (even though misguided and certainly harmful to those who foolishly followed and invested) postings. How about it Boston? Are you aware, unaware, or just not telling us?

Unrelated: in a previous message I said O'brien was the CFO. I should have said COO. Sonny's the CFO.
