I think they can do whatever, and whenever they want to do it... but, to do so is unwise imo... If I could, I would just toss some lotto money at it...
JMO on it and I don't think he is doing this not to make $... I still think he has a mining plan for this imo...watch for filings...thanks for bringing this back to attention... GL
