I have no idea of what you are talking about.

The market cap is going down not up.
The lower the stock goes the lower the market cap.
The Market Cap. would stay the same even if SIRC had another reverse split.

On a good note, SIRC has WORK IN PROGRESS RECEIVABLE.NET Iin the fourth quarter. See Annual Report about $5,000,000.

I was just saying what E-trade did.
They changed it back again today.
