It's not about 'handling the truth...". My problem was with bad journalism and sloppiness with vague comments in a article. Regardless whether they are intentional or not.
That said, I owe you an apology for my comments as I stand corrected this time because you were correct.
But I don't take back my one comment that you tend to act all know it all a lot of the time - the factual thing....

And here is a link to a lawyer who explains it very well and clear. I'm sorry that he isn't a fan of your idol... but he does totally support your contention.
